Quotes & acceptance

Quotes are valid for the period shown. Accepting a quote — in writing, by deposit, or by asking us to start — forms an agreement on these terms. Scope variations are quoted and agreed before extra work proceeds where practical.

Payment

Invoices are due by the date shown. Progress and stage claims may be issued on multi-stage work. Overdue amounts may pause further work. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.

Site access & safety

You provide safe, reasonable access to the work area. We work to our safe work method statements and anyone on site follows reasonable safety directions. Licences and insurances relevant to our trade are held — details on request.

Warranty & defects

We fix defects in our workmanship notified within a reasonable time, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes ACL consumer guarantees.

Fair use of digital services

Where documents and files are shared with you digitally, storage is provided in reasonable business quantities; excessive storage may attract a surcharge or archival by agreement.

Personal information is handled per our privacy policy.
